The KDOT Strategic Plan is a comprehensive five-year initiative aimed at achieving our agency's goals. This plan helps us define where we want to be, understand the factors we can and cannot control, allocate resources effectively, and measure our progress.

Teams across the agency will create business plans that show how their work supports the overall Strategic Plan. Each team contributes to strengthening transportation across Kansas and to supporting a workplace where people can do their best work.
