The Division of Performance Management is comprised of the Continuous Improvement (CI) Team and is responsible for:

• The ongoing collation of the agency-wide performance measures for various reporting sources.
• Leading the efforts to integrate continuous improvement to agency business operations.
• Providing support to work units in the development of their business plan's for KDOT's five-year Strategic Plan.
